Who We Are
SIMPLEX advisory is led by our Director, Yiorgos Crespis and supported by a broad network of industry experts.
With a practical, collaborative approach, and with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Yiorgos specialises in the delivery of complex projects, strategic advice, and the resolution of contract claims.
He has held senior leadership roles for major contractors and developers, and has formal training in civil engineering, construction management, and law.
